1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, accessing, or using Famora ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must discontinue use of the Service immediately.
2. Description of Service
Famora provides family and group location-sharing features, location history, notifications, safety alerts, and related communication tools intended for personal and lawful use.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for:
- maintaining accurate account information,
- keeping your login credentials secure,
- all activities that occur under your account.
You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach.
4. Permissions and Consent
Certain features of the Service require access to:
- location services,
- notifications,
- Bluetooth,
- motion and fitness activity,
- background app refresh.
By using Famora, you grant the necessary permissions required for the Service to function properly.
You agree to use the Service only with the consent of all individuals whose location information is shared or tracked through the app and in compliance with all applicable laws.
Users under the age of 13 may only use the Service with parental or legal guardian consent.
5. Subscriptions and Payments
Famora may offer auto-renewable subscriptions and in-app purchases.
Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
You can manage or cancel subscriptions at any time through your App Store account settings.
Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription.
6. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:
- use the Service for stalking, harassment, or unlawful surveillance,
- interfere with or disrupt the Service,
- reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code except where permitted by law,
- distribute malware or abusive automated traffic,
- violate Apple App Store policies or applicable laws.
7. Third-Party Services
Famora may rely on third-party services including mapping providers, analytics services, and push notification providers. These third parties may have their own terms and privacy policies.
8. Intellectual Property
All trademarks, logos, software, designs, graphics, and content related to Famora are the property of Famora or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Service, including the accuracy of location information or notifications.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Famora shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use of the Service.
11. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or misuse the Service.
You may stop using the Service at any time.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Turkey. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Istanbul, Turkey.
13. Privacy Policy
